Overwhelmed? Here's How to Find Your Way Back to Peace

Have you ever felt like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders?

Your calendar is full.
Your mind won't slow down.
Everyone needs something from you.
And somewhere along the way...you stopped taking care of you.

I've been there.

One of the greatest lessons I've learned is this:

Overwhelm isn't always a sign that you're doing too little. More often, it's a sign that you're carrying too much.

God never asked us to carry everything. He invites us to bring our burdens to Him.

When I begin feeling overwhelmed, I don't try to "push through." Instead, I pause and ask three questions:

1. What is truly important today?
Not everything is urgent. Focus on what matters most.

2. What can I release?
Sometimes we hold onto responsibilities that belong to someone else. Letting go isn't failure—it's wisdom.

3. Have I invited God into this situation?
Before I make another decision, answer another email, or add another task, I stop and pray. God's peace brings clarity where stress creates confusion.

Remember:

You cannot pour from an empty cup.
You cannot make wise decisions from a weary mind.
And you don't have to earn rest.

Today, I encourage you to take one intentional step toward peace instead of one more step toward burnout.

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next step, I'd love to help.

Reply to this email and together, we'll move from chaos to clarity so you can live with greater peace, purpose, and confidence.

I'm here for you!

With gratitude,
