Hello my sister, So often, we pour into everyone else—family, friends, work, ministry—yet forget to pour into ourselves. But here’s the truth: self-love is not selfish. It’s an act of stewardship. When we care for ourselves, we honor the God who created us. Psalm 139:14 reminds us, “I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” Self-love looks like:
This week, I invite you to pause and ask yourself: Am I treating myself as someone God treasures? If not, what is one small thing you can do today to change that? Reflection Challenge: You are loved, you are worthy, and you are enough—not because of what you do, but because of Whose you are. With love and grace, P.S. Today, I posted a video with a powerful message in our Facebook group. If you can appreciate more prayer, inspiration and encouragement, I invite you to join our Women of Faith filled with L.I.F.E. community and invite your sister friend too! My calling is to encourage, enlighten, and edify 100 women of faith with a weekly prayer newsletter and monthly prayer calls. As a Woman of Faith Coach, my mission is to help women who feel stuck in a rut. I help them find clarity, direction and purpose in a safe, nonjudgmental space through accountability, support and self-discovery. My vision is a world filled with powerful women of faith having a significant and massive impact in society, thereby transforming the world one person, one family, one community, and one generation at a time.

You are my shield and I know that You will protect my mind from the enemy lies, my heart from fear, and my path from every distraction. I know that Your power is greater than anything that attempts to come...
Heavenly Father, Thank You for being my way maker! Thank You for guiding my path and ordering my steps, especially in times when it feels difficult. I know that I can always rely on Your strength to overcome life's trials and tribulations. Help me, Lord, to keep trusting You when the path ahead looks uncertain. I know that You have never failed me and I know that You never will. In Jesus' name that I pray, Amen.
Heavenly Father, Thank You for reminding me that I am never alone. Even when the path feels uncertain and the weight of responsibility feels heavy, I know that You are walking beside me. You are my strength when I am weary, my peace in the middle of chaos, and my hope when life feels overwhelming. Lord, today I choose to rest in Your promises. I am reminded that I am fearfully and wonderfully made, equipped for every good work You’ve called me to do. Help me to see myself through Your eyes —...
