Good morning, Good Friday invites us to pause and remember the depth of Jesus’ sacrifice. On the cross, He showed us what perfect love looks like. He loved our Heavenly Father enough to obey completely, even when the cost was great. He chose the will of God above comfort, above pain, above His own life. And even in His suffering, Jesus made room for forgiveness. That still speaks to us today. As we reflect on the cross, we are reminded that faith is not only what we believe, but how we live. Jesus’ example teaches us that obedience is powerful, surrender is holy, and forgiveness is a strength, not a weakness. There will be moments in life when doing the right thing is not easy, when loving others feels hard, and when forgiving seems impossible. But Good Friday reminds us that grace can carry us through what pride cannot. This is a coaching moment for all of us: What would change in your life if you chose surrender over resistance, obedience over fear, and forgiveness over offense? Today, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on Jesus’ sacrifice and ask God to help you follow His example more fully. Release what has been weighing on your heart. Choose love. Choose forgiveness. Choose His will. May we never forget the cross, and may we live in a way that reflects the One who gave everything for us. Today, let this be your prayer: With love and gratitude, P.S. Thank you to everyone that have purchased a copy of my book, Meditations of the Heart.
